Refund is applicable only for teleconsultation opted by patients and cancelling by contacting the receptionist at the earliest.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will initiate a refund if the appointment is cancelled before the allocated time of your teleconsultation. The refund will take 5-7 days from the date of cancelling the appointment
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
